Huyen Dao
Dr Huyen Dao is the founder and visionary of Advanced Development Solutions. A researcher and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience working in the field of public health policy consulting and research, she consulted for the Ministry of Health in Vietnam, UN, UNFPA, WHO, SIDA, DANINA and Non-Governmental Organizations. Her current effort is focusing on integrating public health and technology to provide solutions to public health problems around the world. She pioneered in the development of an app named “Epidemics” that helps disease history taking of individuals and connecting patients and health service providers, and the app named “Egoose” to teach English for Vietnamese students. She is the former Director of the Research and Development Center for Community in Vietnam. Born and raised in Ha Noi, Dr. Huyen Dao is a graduate of the Ha Noi Medical University and the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Jan De Rie
Jan De Rie, a former Microsoft computer language engineer, is a Board Member of ADS. Mr. De Rie is a polymath whose logic and principles brings in a broad historical perspective on strategy and product development. He is a thinker, criticizer and supporter. Mr De Rie is a graduate of the master in development economics program at Erasmus University, the Netherlands.
Joshua Kretchmar
Dr. Joshua Kretchmar, DO, PhD, is a WA and Ohio licensed medical doctor. He is providing comprehensive urgent care, family medicine and preventive health services at a number of clinics in Washington state including Crossover Health – Microsoft in Redmond, Rejuvenation Medical, Shoreline and One Stop Medical in Kent. Dr. Kretchmar provides medical advice and training activities of the company.
Mari Nagai
Dr. Mari Nagai, former Medical Officer of the World Health Organization and Senior Expert of Bureau of International Health Cooperation, National Center for Global Health and Medicine in Japan, is Advisor of the company. She provides medical advice and strategy to develop applications to reach vulnerable populations and takes the advisory roles in data collection and research.
